Hoping it's good news and not some awful day of infamy crap.

I think from a political standpoint, George W. Bush is relieved that there is physical evidence that his invasion of Afghanistan 9 1/2 years ago was justified and that his main target is finally dead.  It may not have happened under his watch, but that it did happen.

All American are relieved that Osama is burning in hell, but W could have found him himself and had all the glory if he hadn't chosen to arbitrarily get bogged down in Iraq. He was such a disaster as president

Good riddance.  But why not keep him in deep freeze until the weekend before the election?  Are they that desperate?

Well, its kind of hard to hide something like that for that long.  It also looks really bad if exposed, and would probably actually hurt Obama.

But anyway, it looks like we got him.  lets just hope this turns out to be a good thing in the long run

The Feds can always keep something quiet if they actually try.

They're actually pretty bad at. Nobody knows how to keep their mouth shut these days.

Please change the name of this thread to make it the official dead Osama thread. It's not clear from just Obama to speak and somebody will inevitably make a duplicate thread otherwise.

Please don't turn this into another thread focusing on BushOK.
^^^^^^^^^^^

We wouldn't have this problem if we still had update. It could all be confined to one thread.

Yeah, the haters are gonna keep on hating. He'll get some support from the wishy washies though. I'd be shocked if he breaks 60 in any poll. It would have shot any GOP president over the moon. There's obviously a double standard.

Guys, Limbaugh was being sarcastic.  Some of you are really quite dense.

Screw the Bible and the Catholic Church. He's dead. I'm glad. Mad props to President Obama and the special forces who carried out his order flawlessly.

My neighbor thinks Osama's corpse is stuffed in a freezer locker somewhere, and the "funeral" was a sham, with a dummy under the textiles that were used when it was dumped allegedly in Davy Jones' locker. That is all.

Any particular reason he thinks this? The CIA gonna study his brain to discern what makes somebody such an evil bastard?
