The April numbers will come out this Friday, May 6, 2011.  Will we see an increase or decrease in jobs?  How much?  Will the huge jump in gas prices during April have any effect on the numbers?

No, but the numbers will have an effect on the huge jump in gas prices - hopefully, sending prices tumbling even more than they are today.

I'd say +239.000 non-farm jobs and the rate is down to 8.7%

In fact it was +244.000 jobs, but the rate went up to 9.0%
