I've decided to make it public. It is a tool for use in Excel that allows a user to easily project the coming Canadian Federal Election. It comes pre-loaded with the latest polls!

Use OpenOffice - that should be able to open it.

BTW the file is still for "sale" (its free) but you have to e-mail me to get it, thenewteddy and then all that jazz about being at hotmail and then the dot com bit. I also have versions for elections going back to the 60s
