Er...not sure exactly, but I know I have perhaps-not-too-distant relatives in Bakersfield, as well as Ohio and Florida.

Sheesh, part of what I wouldn't know I could look up. So, assuming all the addresses on Reinhard's webpage are up to date,

Hessen 15
NRW 24
Baden-Württemberg 9
Bavaria 7
Rhineland-Pfalz 5
Hamburg 4
Lower Saxony 2
Berlin 1
no address listed 3

South Africa 14
Belgium 4
Canada 1

Plus the descendants of my late granduncle Hans, my late grandaunt Gertrud, and my sole surviving grandaunt Erika, which I'd estimate at round about 20-25 more people all told, the vast majority of them in Hessen.

More than half the people on here I've met once or less. (Of the South Africans for instance, I've met two twice, one once, and the rest never. Of the "Belgians" - who just live there now - I've met three once and the youngest child never as it wasn't born then.)
Obviously, I counted only the actual bloodrelatives. No spouses. My ancestors were Catholic rabbits.

I have an aunt and uncle who live in the Czech Republic (missionaries).  Other than that I'm not real good with the whole "second cousin" relationship deals so it would be hard for me to tell you.

I have well over a hundred second cousins. I once asked my mom exactly how many and she lost count pretty fast.

I know I have cousins in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Singapore and Australia. There are probably a lot I'm forgetting.

I must have 30 or more second cousins the existence of which I don't have a clue, or even their identity. The seconds would be the grandchildren of my grandparents' siblings (the number of which in the case of all but my maternal  grandmother (the only one alive by the time I was of 5 years of age, and the only one whom I got to know well - she was the youngest of six kids who then spread to the winds including to a ranch in Montana and so forth) I also don't know). Oh dear. Sad

Never met anyone of them, though.

Mum has a cousin who lives in Kenya, everyone else is in Australia afaik, and almost all in Victoria. Mum has a cousin in Adelaide, and one in Canberra; my cousin has spent the last few years at various mine sites, I have an uncle in Brisbane...that's it really. My cousin's husband's family are all in Sydney, I think. Somewhere in NSW anyway, but that doesn't count.

I believe just the U.S.  Dad's side is easy; I only have 7 second cousins on that side.  4 of them grew up in Arkansas (and 2 of those are at college, one at Texas A&M and 1 at Missouri); 3 live on the Maryland side of the DC metro.  I just met the latter three earlier this year, as there was an extremely painful falling out about 20 years before I was born that was only healed after my dad's dad died four years ago, and even then quite slowly.

I have four first cousins on that side; one is in CO, one is in MA, one is in FL, and one is in VA (naturally, they all were born and raised in Michigan!).

I have no idea how many second cousins I have on my mom's side, but there are many.  Most of them likely live in Michigan or Indiana, though given Michigan's economy they're likely scattering along with the rest of the state.

I can never keep track of my first cousins on my mom's side, though most are in MI.

Barring someone I don't know everyone is in the U.S

I'm on Long Island, my sister at Brown for Grad School (though graduating in a few weeks).  My parents are in the Charlotte suburbs, though on the S.C side (extreme northern portion of the Panhandle of Lancaster County).  An Aunt & Uncle are a block away from them.  Their daughter is on  Long Island.    Another Aunt & Uncle and their two kids, also moved down south, they are in Charlotte itself.

Another Aunt & Uncle are also here on Long Island, as are my cousins (their two kids).  One of which still lives at home, the other is married with a one year old and lives a few miles away from them (and well me as well).

As far as the others, its a mix with some on Long Island, some in Orange or Ulster NY, had some in Florida (though not sure what the relation or if they are still alive.

Not even sure if I have any family left in Queens (which is where both my parents grew up).  Aunt & Uncle that moved down to Charlotte as well as my married cousin with the one year old, lived there until last year, but not sure if anyone else is there (outside of my cousin's husband's family).  An Uncle still works in Queens though.
