Deadlines to fall at 11:59pm on Satrudays, in New York City. This is equal to 5:59am in (mainland) Europe on Sunday. In the event that daylight-saving-time somehow comes in to play, the deadline is pegged to the time in NYC. I will make a note when/if such issues come up so nobody is caught by surprise.

Build orders will be due within 48 hours of the end of a turn. Adjudication will take place between 0 and 8 hours after the deadline, with the GM aiming for between 0 and 1.

Adjudication rules will follow that included in the base program, Realpolitik.

The game "begins" this saturday/sunday, but negotiations may begin early. All players are required to confirm prior to the game "start".

Any questions or concerns, please raise them before the game begins. I'm open to all ideas, suggestions, and complaints.

To ensure that I have the time to do it properly. I've been insane busy with the Canadian Election. An hour ago I woke up from sleeping 12 hours, and I still expect to get another full 8 hours of sleep in 8 hours or so.
