Bush received 26% in my precinct here in Foggy Bottom. That's actually a little better than I was expecting.

Nope, neither in DC (LOL) or in Austin. There's a possibility that my Austin precinct might have voted for Bush in 2000, but I haven't checked.

My hometown narrowly voted for Bush, though it is very traditionally Republican.

My hometown gave Kerry 52.63% of the two-party vote. Not sure about my precinct.

Staten Island voted Bush in 2004 but not where I live in. (College)

My neighborhood in Long Island most likely voted Bush. Not sure though.

No, my precinct went 81% for Kerry.  This is a little off topic, but my precinct only gave Obama 79% of the vote in 2008.  Strange.

Where I am now Bush won the community as well as my precinct.  Where I was at the time, Kerry won the community (going by the exact lines), but Bush won what the community lines are generally though to be as well as the precinct.

Both where I live now and then are in Nassau County (which Bush lost) and the Town of Oyster Bay (which Bush won)

Bush received over 75% of the vote in my precinct, so yes.
