Hopes: Get a job, learn to drive, play airsoft, go to friends' houses.

Likelihood: Wonder why I'm not doing the above, and post stuff on this forum.

Hopefully, I can avoid the second list for the most part and actually not feel like I'm wasting the summer.

I plan on doing as many things I will regret later as possible.

I'll be working 40 hours a week, employed by the university, at a job where I'll have plenty of time to read books and study for the LSAT and read the internet. And then when I'm not at work, hedonistic debauchery, hopefully.

I have Boys State in June. I also will be going down to Georgia again in July. Other than that, it'll probably just consist of working and playing video games. Also will start preparing to apply for colleges.

Looks like I won't be able to make that trip to Syria Sad

Still, my trip to Estonia, via Lithuania and Latvia, is certain.

Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. Working alongside mechanics at a rental company. On my feet all day, but all of my jobs have been that way... I wonder what it's like to have a desk job and be able to sit all day, and be able to read a book or go on Facebook when I have "nothing" to do. Smiley

Nothing grand planned.  My cousins and uncle are coming up here from Louisiana to enjoy some time away from the heat and enjoy the lakes.  And continue fixing up the cabin.. it's 60 years old... she's got some rough around the edges.

Otherwise I'll be planting lots of trees and tending to them.  I'm being proactive regarding the coming Ash tree holocaust.  Much of our property is mature ash trees... and when they go, I want it to be a mix of pine, spruce, fir, cedar, and larch.

No.  Now that mom is in a home with Alzheimer's and dad's gone there seems less point.
