MAS117, I did have the Audiovox PNP2 but upgraded to the PNP3. It's much smaller and sleeker, I would highly recommend it.

XM is good, but they both are.  XM has really the only sport you need for radio- baseball.  So what if Sirius has the NFL - I think I will just watch it on Sunday.  Its not like I am going to my car to listen to football in my driveway.

True, but when I'm away at college they probably won't be playing the Eagles on tv wherever it is and I wanna beable to listen to that and other games on the radio.

For some reason I decided to bump this thread, because Sirius is releasing its 3rd quarter results tommorrow. I'm absoutely in love with Sirius radio. I believe its the best thing to ever happen to radio. Post your comments if you have an XM or Sirius radio.

I have Sirius, but since it came in the car and not as a separate unit, you can't see the song names or artist or anything.

That's too bad, usually there should be a button like "info" or something or other to see the content. I can't listen to regular FM radio anyone because it doesn't say the song title and artist, lol.

I own a couple hundred shares of Sirius stock and I plan on buying a few hundred more over the next few months. In my opinion, it's a can't miss stock in the long term.

I'm getting Sirius for Christmas. I favor Sirius since they have:
Howard Stern
NFL
NBA
Sirius Left (Political Talk) has some good shows like Ed Schultz and the Young Turks
Good music programming

I would definitly recommend the Sirius Sportster for Christmas, I'm sure they'll have good deals out for the holidays. Sirius Left is a great channel, Ed Schultz and the Young Turks are definitly an assest to the channel. Also, starting today until the end of January, The Bridge (Channel 10) is an Sirius only exculsive E Street Radio channel aka The Bruce Springsteen Channel.

Yeah, I have the old sportster but im looking into getting the new one for the holidays. The new Sportster has playback which means you can record songs off the radio and play them back later. They have playback in the starmate version as well.
