September 1921

Typical poster: Remember Teddy's cousin who didn't help out the Democratic ticket last year? It lost his home state of New York by 40 points. Anyways, word is that he's a cripple for life, in case we needed any more proof that his political career was dead.

1936:

J.J: It is statically impossible for Landon to lose, as the latest Literary Digest poll clearly demonstrates.  Also be sure to add 3% to Landon and subtract 3% from Roosevelt in any Gallup polls, they have a well-established Democratic bias.

J.J: Also, Landon just won the bellwether state of Maine by 14 points.
BRTD: I could have sworn it voted for Hoover in 1932.
J.J: You probably drank too much after prohibition was repealed to remember correctly.
BRTD: Damn it, Dave needs to put the 1932 election results up. I know it's really tedious with our 1930s technology, but still!
