It'd be helpful to describe the region.

Al McCandless' district took in almost all of Riverside county with the exception of the city of Riverside

Jerry Lewis' district was all of San Bernardino county except for the city of San Bernardino and other mexican areas

Dick Armey's district took in Southlake, Arlington, Bedford, Richland Hills, Euless, Keller in Tarrant County, all of Denton County, McKinney/Frisco area in Collin county, and SE Cooke county

Not sure about the Florida districts

Ron Packard's districts took in Carlsbad in SD County and everything north. It also took in Mission Viejo, Santa Margarita, San Clemente, SJC in Orange County.

Arizona 1 took in Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and some areas of Phoenix near the airport

Nevada 2 I'm guessing included some of the exurban areas of Las Vegas county as well as the rest of the state
