With 96.44% of the precincts reporting:

Featherman:  8192 votes    (49.76 %)
Brown:          8251 votes   (50.12 %)
Write-in:           18  votes

Brown leads by the ridiculously low margin of 59 votes.

Turnout was in excess of 21%.  Last mayoral primary, turnout was 15%.  Brown is the endorsed candidate.

LOL at a party earning less than 20000 votes in a city with about a million registered voters.
Ah, I hate to tell you this, but the Democratic turnout was less than 140,000.  And that was about 33% increase from the last mayoral primary.
