What do you think?  Will she get in or will she stay out?

The "fire" in her belly is a pregnancy or she ate too many jalapenos. I'd suggest seeing a doctor for the former, and seeing a doctor for the latter if it lasts longer than 4 hours.

I agree. Her usual routine - and the one that Trump seemed to be using - is to drum up excitement for an announcement simultaneously with some new product to shill, then not announce.

On a unrelated note, her eldest son got married over the week. Have no idea how this can connect to her statement however..

Sarah Palin's entry looks to be about as disorganized and unprofessional as one might expect from her.  It wouldn't surprise me if she skipped the exploratory stage altogether.

Please run. Think of the poor maps and the lulz that would never come to be otherwise. Sad

Well, there is speculation that Track's one month engagement and near-secret wedding was brought upon by now-wife being pregnant...

Anyway, chances are she's just saying things that sound vaguely folksy.

Does fire in the belly mean she's pregnant again? Or is she seriously going to get off the fence and run/not run?

If she does run, she'll jump in late without the tentative committees and wading expeditions or whatever they call it nowadays. Because Huck isn't in, there's an opening for her, even with strong negatives to perform decently in Iowa; if no other soc-con steps up.

By 2016 the nation will have moved on, this is really her only chance, surely she has enough sense to know that much.

The Trump debacle was in character for him, I suppose. Lots of bluster which came to nothing

With Palin, it's different. She spent the last election talking up her desire to "take on Washington", has been floodin the airwaves with her hints and suggestions ever week since.  To turnaround the year before the election with "I'm not standing after all" would make her look like the biggest WUM in western democracy.

Renewed speculation that she's bought a house in Arizona:

I leave it up to you to decide whether that makes it more or less likely that she's running for prez.
