My prediction of how he gets into Senate.

Election night 2014:

Roy Barnes: 47%
Herman Cain: 46%
Other: 7%

Runoff:
Cain (R): 52%
Barnes (D): 48%


Southern Whites wont be so happy about voting for an African-American, but the turnout will be lower in the runoff, aka Cain wins.
