A narrow Republican win with an interesting electoral map

2016 will be the first election I can vote in. If this was the match up, I'm not really sure who I'd vote for. I like Warner, but Huntsman is one of the few Republicans my liberal brain can tolerate.

Anyway, I'm projecting a very narrow Warner victory. He wouldn't get reelected in 2020, though.

Democrats: Mark Warner (VA)/Brian Schweitzer (MT) - 274
Republicans: Jon Huntsman (UT)/Scott Brown (MA) - 261

I don't think having Brown as Huntsman's running mate is enough to swing Massachusetts to the Republicans. I'm even doubting whether or not Brown will even be reelected in 2012.

I could see myself voting Democrat in a situation like this.

Huntsman/Huntsman, narrowly. I'd vote for the Democrats if the ticket were reversed.

Warner, in my opinion, could surprise and have a good win. He can reconquers much of South, Prairies and Appalachia back to Democratic column. I see WV, TN, AR, SD, ND, NC and GA voting Democratic.
