Gore would probably have won - Clinton was the performer, but Gore's personality was always seriously underrated and the headline spot could have allowed it out sooner.

Not sure about the numbers... Perot screws 1992 analysis up...

Not much would've changed in the election. Gore would've won both times. Clinton might've been kicked out as VP, though, during the whole Lewinsky scandal, and that would've thrown 2000 wide open for the Dems.
