Very Unfavorable. They are constitutional in some cases, perhaps, though that depends on whether you believe and individual's labor is part of interstate commerce. Otherwise they are not constitutional anyways, unless done at the state level.

I'm all for equal treatment by the State - for example Gay Marriage clearly should be legal under a government commited to legal equality.

However, I think private individuals and businesses should have a right to discriminate as they please.
