Let's assume that the 2008 United States presidential election took place under Louisiana rules of a jungle primary, with all candidates, that ultimately participated in primaries, being at the same ballot, regardless of the party affiliation (plus major third party candidates). In a case of (likely) not reaching over 50% by anyone, there will be a runoff.
