In this Survivor, you will vote to eliminate Supreme Court Justices by voting against the President who appointed them. A vote against a President is a vote to eliminate all of the Supreme Court Justices that President appointed en masse. Please do not vote on the merits of the President alone. Vote only on the merits of the Supreme Court Justices appointed by that President.

Whenever a Justice has been appointed by more than one president, that Justice is listed only under the first president to have appointed him.

SCHEDULE OF ROUNDS:
Rounds 1-29 (Single Elimination): Vote to eliminate the appointees of two Presidents. We will eliminate the appointees of the President with the most votes. This phase will reduce the number of Presidents to ten.
Rounds 30-38 (Single Elimination): Vote to eliminate the appointees of one President. We will eliminate the appointees of the President with the most votes. This phase will reduce the number of Presidents to one.
Extra Rounds (if necessary): If the surviving President appointed more than one Supreme Court Justice, you will vote to eliminate one Justice per round until we can declare the US Supreme Court Justices Survivor!

In case of a tie, the first tiebreaker will be total points accumulated in previous rounds. In case of a further tie, the second tiebreaker will be my vote. As moderator of this Survivor, I have no vote except to break a tie in this manner.

Round 20 is open, and will close no earlier than 1:00 am Eastern Time on Monday, March 5th. Remember to vote to eliminate the appointees of two Presidents. The appointees of the President with the most votes will be eliminated.

Wow Wink.

Eliminate

Garfield's choice(s) for the Supreme Court
Tyler's choice(s) for the Supreme Court

Sounds about right.

By the way, this one and the military leaders one, will probably be two of the most difficult survivors to vote. They are both hard and awsome Smiley
