Isaac is right.  We're working on the GTO position, making it relevant.  If you give us a little bit of time, we can make this work.  Time is what I'm asking for.

I am still not entirely convinced of the need to have some one actually fill the spot, like our U.N. Ambassador, however I decided to give tmth a chance with it.
