The question is based on this little number...


He did it for Bush, so he might do it again? I don't know why you vehemently think that Obama won't tie his opponent to unpopular incumbents. The Republicans will probably invoke unpopular incumbents too, like Bev Perdue, in their campaign stops too.


Again, "campaign against" meaning making making her unpopularity and unpopular decisions a major talking point during the campaign.

Sure why not? That would be a smart thing to do, and I asume Obama will use the unpopular 2010 GOP governors in Ohio, Wisconsin and Florida

It depends if these governors are still unpopular in 1 year.

Doesn't work so well against an incumbent president but Obama will probably tie his rival to unpopular governors of swing states he's in as well as the GOP congress.
