I can see the Bob Dole effect in Kansas.
Those are some powerful observation skills you have there.  Speaking of observation skills, if you look really closely at the Bay Area in California you'll notice that San Francisco swung heavily to Bob Dole. Fascinating. That's strange. The county as a whole swung toward Clinton according to the Atlas. Hmmm, here's what the 1998 Almanac of American Politics said about CA-8: 1992: 75% Clinton 16% Bush Snr. 8% Perot 1996: 66% Clinton 18% Dole 4% Perot 12% other I forgot that Ralph Nader was on the ticket. But still, I wonder why The Atlas shows it swinging to Clinton. My paid account expired, so I can't see the percentages.
