Rep. Dennis KucinichD-OH) is known as a noisemaker within the Democratic Party. However, many left-winger's with the National WA Democratic Party aren't approving his latest (literal) move.
Good luck Dennis! Lol!
Thought I'd just post this for thoughts, even though it's been mentioned before on the forums.

Ugh, can't wait to see this egotist get redistricted and hopefully disappear from national politics.

Referring to Kucinich, of course.

I know, I'm saying there's nothing wrong with Kucinich leaving Ohio like so many others have and going to Washington like many others have while trying not to change occupations. Lots of people move when their job gets transferred out of state.

Kucinich's headline grabbing style would probably not play well in this state. A congressman who keeps quixotically trying to get national attention (note his continuous runs for President) instead of focusing on local issues is not what I am looking for. I wonder how quickly he could get up to speed on local issues compared with someone who has been involved in WA Democratic politics for a long time.

I agree, and that is a large part of why I would not support him - he doesn't know about local WA issues and even if he gave an extensive effort to learn what they are, there is a deep bench of decent potential Dem. candidates for the 1st district.

Hopefully those waves will dissipate in the not-too-distant future.
