Round 2 rule:
Vote to eliminate 5 Governors and to immune (for three next rounds) another 5 Governors
You can't vote to eliminate or immune more than one Governor from each state

You have 6 votes which you must split 3-2-1
Three former Governor shall be eliminated
Remember, you caqn't vote to eliminate more than one Governor from each state
3 for Rounds
2 for Wise
1 for Wilder
