Jon Huntsman, with Chris Christie being my second choice. I heavily doubt Romney will run again.

Romney and Huckabee will do well in 2016 polls (which will start popping up next year in places besides here).  If Romney is nominee and loses, he'd do not as well.  The two runners-up from 2012 and the running mate if it's not someone described above will score well.  Also Jeb Bush and Chris Christie would do well.  I don't see the GOP being ready for Huntsman in 2016.  Maybe in 2020 if they've lost 3 consecutive presidential elections, like Democrats did before turning to Clinton.  I bet Pence loses next year.

I would vote for some combo of Christie, Ryan, Thune and/or Jindal.  Maybe put Rubio, Jeb Bush and Pawlenty (however unlikely that is) in there as well.

Christie. The vast majority of them are decent candidates, and I would be happy with all but a few.

Not a Republican, and not particularly impressed by any of the people on the list either although obviously Rand is the least bad.
