libertarian means something different across the pond and meant something different in the interWar.  if we use the original definition Gully is close, though he is (intentionally) tough to pin down.

By 'all of the above' I really meant 'morgan.' Just mentally substitute him folks.

Since a libertarian is a person who totally rejects the initiation of force:

Myself, Libertas, SPC, Milk and Cereal (benefit of the doubt, since nobody remembers him), Giovanni's latest incarnation, Mechaman (reluctantly), and AOTA/Morgan.  Maybe Zarn but I doubt it.

Most of that list are at least FFs though.

Clearly I'm not blowing Ron Paul and hating Jews enough.

Pro-cop hacks are not libertarians.

I seem to remember you supporting Ron Paul in 2008, so that's probably a moot issue.

I remember Milk and Cereal pretty clearly. We actually got a long for awhile, he got kind of bitter before he left the forum though and then developed some un-libertarian views like on immigration. I do miss him though, he was a pretty solid part of forum culture and is far preferable to people like the current "libertarian" clique.

I've never been anti-Ron Paul and sure, I would have supported him over the other GOP nominees in 08 but I've certainly never been a Ron Paul fanboy (or "hack" if you prefer).  That's why I said "enough".

A mostly useless poll, since most of the posters on this forum seem to give opinion of "what's what" based more on their personal opinion about a person than an objective measurement.  Personally I'm of the mind "libertarian until proven guilty", so True Scotsman dick measuring contests like this are pretty much useless.

In my opinion people who play the Purist Card are probably the ones who got the most to hide or are at least overcompensating for a lack of security in what they believe.  Somebody tells me they're libertarian I'll take them at their word, I won't engage in time consuming all out debates over "x issue" to try to prove they aren't.  Unless they go through significant lengths (f*** it, now that I think about it there really isn't an example that strikes out for me) to prove me wrong I won't engage in attacks on their ideology to prove them wrong.  But that's just me.

That isn't to say I have never done so, because my position now is a position of maturity.  I am much more secure in my beliefs now than I was two years ago, so I feel less the need to attack others.  That isn't to say there shouldn't be any debate (politics is all about debate), but I don't believe in proving that somebody isn't what they say they are unless they have a position that significantly disagrees with said philosophy.

EDIT: deadsie did have a point, his position seems to be evolving somewhat so I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Unless they go through significant lengths (like dead's blatant lust for militarism) to prove me wrong I won't engage in attacks on their ideology to prove them wrong.  But that's just me.
Let's see, I'm against permanent troops over seas in peaceful places(Europe, Japan, etc).  I'm against our continued presence in Iraq.  I'm for the pullback in Afghanistan.  I'm for a decrease in military spending.  Doesn't seem like blatant lust to me.

Your previous rhetoric on the issue (like the whole Ghadaffi or whatever the hell his name is) indicated otherwise.  Also, at times you've come across as "anti-interventionism is letting genocide happen" in regards to certain conflicts (especially World War II).
But, if you think it's unfair that I haven't given you the benefit of the doubt very well.

I will admit my statement was about hyperbolic in language, so sorry about that as well.

None. "Libertarianism" simply gives corporations the opportunity to take on the role of the state.
