By 2050, the US population is projected to surpass 400 million. Whites will no longer be an outright majority (assuming Hispanics are still counted separately in the Census which, based on history, I have a feeling they won't be). Will the rust belt continue losing it's population to an ever-growing sunbelt?

Do your best to predict population distribution geographically (or any other way that suits your fancy).

Wyoming having 2 CDs in 2050 (or 2052)?  I somehow doubt that, unless the size of the House was greatly increased, in which case several other states would gain second seats or not lose them.  Same with South Dakota, although that's not quite as big a stretch; they had two seats as late as 1980.

Also, Connecticut losing two seats in four decades but Massachusetts not losing any?
