This shows what I've long suspected to be Huntsman's problem- he isn't the one who is defining himself. The fact that he has more recognition among conservatives than moderates (when he is courting the latter) strongly suggests that his name recognition is coming from hostile conservative sources, the ones that call him a RINO and a favorite of the "mainstream media", rather than himself. This would explain why his favorability percentage is only one point higher than those who regard him unfavorably.

An ad campaign is in order.
