U.S. House of Representatives Members Survivor

OK, the rules are simple. Each round lasts for 1 day. You have 10 votes. You can vote 10 times for one Representative; vote once for 10 Representatives; or give half a vote to 20 Representatives. In other words, allocate your ten votes any way you want. In the event of a tie, number of votes in previous rounds will be used. If there's still a tie, a 'runoff' vote will be held concurrent with the next round.
For the first 33 rounds, 10 Representatives are eliminated. This continues until we are down to 105 Congressman, when 5 Representatives will be eliminated. This will continue for 19 rounds. Then, for the last 10 Representatives, 1 will be eliminated each round.
You also have 1 vote to immunize every round. An immunization lasts for 10 rounds. In the event of a tie, no one will be immunized. There will be no immunizations during the final 20 rounds.
Each round will last 1 day.

First off, I'll extend this round another 24 hours.
Second off, CS, you have 4 votes in the runoff
and
10 votes in the normal election. The two are taking place both at once.
