The Royalist Party of Atlasia (RPA).

The purpose of this party is to dissolve the current, inefficient, dangerous Constitution, and institute a parliamentary monarcy.  We will petition Dave to select for us a King or Queen, who will rule with Dave's authority, and will continue to rule until until he or she dies, at which time the monarchy shall pass to his or her chosen successor, or until such time as the Monarch abdicates in favor of a named successor.

A Parliament will be elected, one member from each state.  If a state has zero population, it will not have a member of parliament.  The majority party or coalition within Parliament shall elect a Prime Minister and Cabinet from amongst its members.  The PM will act as Regent in such times as a Monarch has not been selected by Dave.  All laws decreed by the Monarch must be assented to by a simple majority of Parliament.

The Monarch shall act as supreme judge in Atlasia, and may appoint Justicies to carry out his judical authority.

This is all very rough, and I thought it up while under the influence of such mind-altering substances as caffiene.  But I'm hoping I can find at least two other people willing to join the party, and the we look to getting two people elected.

This violates the constitution.

"No region shall issue title of nobility."

That's why the Constitution will be dissolved.  Our first action in the Senate will be to introduce the following:

Amendment VI:

This document shall be considered null and void upon the passage of the Royalist Constitution of Atlasia.

Yes, and the regions would become meaningless anyway.  MPs would be elected one from each state, and that is not a title of nobility.

The only noble titles will be the Monarch, and any (purely ceremonial) peerage that the Monarch wishes to create.
