not a fan.  it's become one of those vents where potentially revolutionary energy gets dissipated, with people thinking they're up to something oppositional and original.  religion died as a central means of social organization a long time ago, continuing to beat it up through spaghetti monsters is a juvenile waste of time, a worst form of cowardice.

I say negative.

Religion is something that people believe in really deeply.  To make a joke about it is to make a joke about god.  Even if someone follows a pagan religion, it is not a laughing matter, they are on the wrong path and need to be corrected.
