I'll sit this one out, thank you. I'll probably stage a comeback in the next few election cycles, hoping to use it as a stepping stone to get into higher office. I'm looking for something else besides MidEast Assemblyman to be on my resume. Sadly, an appointed position doesn't seem open given the RPP's chances of winning a Presidential election.

60% tax on the uppermost bracket? I'm as willing as anybody to call the riches some people have "excessive", but I tend to think there shouldn't be an income tax over 49%. --stop-- Just realized I was reading our current tax code. Anyway, good luck on lowering it, because that looks nuts.

To me, what it looks like is that some people who normally might be supporting you, are instead running in order to harp on about buzzwords like "competitiveness" and whatnot. In my mind, you shouldn't change what works. I gladly endorse you for Governor of the Mideast.
