I believe that it is different in each state. Electors vote in their state capital (and sometimes in their state capitol, too).
Last time C-SPAN covered a lot of the meetings at the various states. You may remember that one of Gore's strategies was to try and persuade some Bush electors to change their mind. If two switched, he would win, assuming all of Gore's electors voted for him. (It turns out one Gore elector abstained). There was some media interest in how the actual voting went in case this happened.
If I recall correctly, different states handled the actual voting by the electors differently. California's electors met in one of the chambers of their state legislature and had a long, drawn out ceremony, including a speech by then-Governor Gray Davis. I believe it was Arizona that put Bush over the top, and it looked like they just met in a meeting room and took about 5 minutes to do it.
Checking C-SPAN's web site, it looks like today they are planning coverage of several state's electors meeting. Ohio is at noon ET, Texas at 3:00 PM ET, and California at 5:00 PM ET on C-SPAN 1. (Also at 4:30 on C-SPAN 2, oral arguments pertaining to the Washington governor's race recount).
Today at 11:15 on C-SPAN 1, a replay of a speech by an official from the National Archives about the Electoral College.
