Harry's lost the Race
Court batte soon to come
KEmp shot; court shocked

A little Atlasian haiku for ya Nym.

har-ry's lost the race    5
court batt-le soon to come 6
K-Emp shot; court shocked 5

Here is a version that actually follows the pattern. (I say K-Emp not Kemp)

Harry's lost the race
Court battle soon to commence
KEmp shot; court shocked

Ah, ok, awesome.

I thought it was pronounced Kemp. I do say K-emperor when I think of his full name, but if I see Kemp, combined with a blue New York avatar, I just can't think of anyone but the 1996 GOP VP nominee.

There once was a man from East Timor
who was a part of the reserve officers training corps
so one day he said
"Counting for command processing overhead
there are approximately 87 days until Civil War"

There was once a man named Henry David Thoreau
Who was not a part of the AFL-CIO
He did not believe
in taking a sabbatical leave
Instead, he drank a lot of Anisette de Bordeaux

There was a young man from Japan
Who wrote verses that never did scan
When people said so
He said "yes I know"
But I always try to get as many syllables into the last line as I possibly can!

I just love that one. Smiley

Thats kind of expected Mike. If you didn't endorse the President then that would be news. But this? This is like making a statement saying that the sun shines or that Nym's a Democrat, it goes without saying. So I see no need for you to run around the forums announcing this.

It's nice to know that Mike, and I thank you for the endorsement but you are my most enthusiastic supporter so I knew you would enorse me.

I am a Democrat.

I admit I'm partisan enough to make this comparison mostly accurate. :-)
