The "rules" of the thread are as so:
I am using this Dave's App thingy to redistrict as many states as I can, using Canadian rules.

That means a variance of up to 15%, and generally doing things as Canada does them. (I will provide examples when and where this comes up)

I am also using Canada's population-per-seat numbers, meaning that Wyoming, for example, has 8 seats.

And thus I present, Wyoming!

8 seats
County lines are followed as near as is reasonable.
Cities and Towns are generally not split, except for...
Cheyenne, which is too large for a single district, is split in half

The largest district is purple with 5K over the norm
The smallest is Yellow with 6K under the norm
All districts have between 64K and 75K people

16 districts
90K +7.5K most populated district
71K -11K least populated
(These two actually border each other, but moving even a single subsection would make the population disparity worse)

The Upper Pen. has 3 ridings/districts. Each is 10K below the average. This is in line with how Canada does things in general (Reference: Northern Ontario)

Here is a preview (I'm stopping here for now, will continue later)

Presenting, Montana!

You may notice that some states have much fewer people-per-riding than others. This is because Canada is strange. Montana's population is 989,415. Saskatchewan's is 968,157. The latter is Guarenteed 14 seats in the house, even though it would "deserve" 9 or so. I therefore apply this and similar rules to States with populations under 2 million, so that the person-per-riding count is closest to the province which is closest to that new state in terms of population. This is how Wyoming ended up with 8, and not the 4 or 5 it would have otherwise had.

Here's the number of seats the following states would have (note that I will be editing this to add more states)
Minnesota - 46
Massachusetts - 57
Washington - 59
Oregon - 33
Maryland - 50
New York - 171
California -  (Yes, I'll eventually be doing California)
Hawaii - 16
Alaska - (the app currently does not have alaska)
New Mexico - 22
Vermont - 9
