I don't think the race will stay close until november, 2012. I think Kaine will take the lead in the beggining of 2012.

The 2008 results are interesting.  I'll guess that whatever Obama's % is, Kaine's will be +1-2.  It's totally unfounded, but that's my guess.

Every poll I've seen has Allen as the presumed Republican nominee. Is Allen the favorite to win the nomination or something? The Republican party is pretty bone headed but recycling that fool? I'm starting to wonder if Virginia's GOP is getting advice from Illinois' or New Jersey's...
