Before we go away, we are going to call the District of Columbia and Rhode Island for Cantwell, and this will put her over the 200 EV mark. She is now 69 votes short of what is needed to win.

It is no 10:00 and we have two major states to declare for both candidates. In Iowa, we can declare Cantwell the winner, and in Nevada we can declare Martinez the winner
