7:37- Carter receives a boost in the electoral college with 2 more victories. Carter has won his home of Georgia as well as reliably Democratic West Virginia.

7:45- Wallace wins Florida by a big margin.
We can also call Virginia for him. This is really surprising, Wallace is upseting Carter and Reagan in FL and VA.

Its 8:00 PM, and we have alot of new calls to make. We project Governor Wallace has won Alabama and Mississipi, no suprise here, by large margins.
