ELECTION SURPRISE - We can now call Texas for Senator Bob Casey in a surprise flip flop of the night. Texas has rejected its own Governor's bid for the Presidency by a slim margin.

Casey: 49.152%
Perry: 49.151%
Other: 1.697%

9:38: Wyoming votes once again for the Democratic ticket.  At this time, we feel confident to call the election for Governor Casey.  Exit polls show him ahead of Governor Perry by a large margin in California.  He can lose every other state, which we view as extremely unlikely, and still win the election with only California.

Perry: 61.7%
Casey: 38.1%
other: .2%

Casey/Klobuchar - 228 EV's (I'm pretty sure you misounted Smiley)
Perry/Rubio - 132 EV's

(Shall we move on to another or are you guys invested in finishing this one?

Yeah, this one's done.

I'm going to do an experiment with this next one. Now you can pick 2 states per turn. We'll see how this goes. I'll go with the first suggestion, the one Snowstalker gave: Bush/Cheney v. Dean/Nunn (2004).

ELECTION NIGHT 2004:

7:00 PM: Polls close in IN, KY, VA, SC, and GA.

Bush/Cheney: 0 EV's
Dean/Nunn: 0 EV's

7:10: We can definitively call the first two states of the night for incumbent President George W. Bush.  Kentucky and South Carolina vote Republican.
