I noticed that most poster have their state, colored to their party affiliation, placed under their name.  Could someone explain how this is done?

1. Click on  at the top
2. Click 'Forum Profile Information' from the left column
3. Select the party and state you want under 'Personalized picture'
4. Click 'Change profile' at the bottom.
