As I and several others stated during the heat of that scandal, the moderators would have went crazy and called for your immediate banning. It's a clear violation of the ToS but they went easier on Joe for obvious reasons and because he so humbly suggested his own punishment.

Now not only was banning out of the question for Joe but entertaining the idea that he shouldn't be a moderator was even out of the question for many within the elite.
