This.

If it was for Marxism/Socialism/Any kind of Collectivism, you can count me in as a counter revolutionary.

How broadly are you defining 'collectivism'?

A new Rasmussen poll shows that just 17 per cent of Americans believe that the U.S. government has the consent of the governed, an all time low. This dovetails with a record low for Congress’ approval rating, which stands at a paltry 6 per cent, while 46 per cent of Americans think most members of Congress are corrupt, with just 29% believing otherwise.

If a revolution broke out, would you?
Who gives a flying f**k if people "believe" that government has "consent of the governed"... that point is totally moot.  If you don't give your consent of what the government does, you have the right to elect new representatives and even recall currently serving representatives in many cases.  Or you can protest in public with peers that are in agreement.  Or you can present your grievances to a court and they can determine whether what the government is doing is within the powers that the people granted them by electing them... based on the constitution.

The only time revolution would be warranted is in a case where there are clear, concerted efforts by the government to trash the constitution and institute some kind of totalitarian, martial law on the people using the military.

The constitution is clear that the government has the right to repel insurrection... but it also notes that the people have the right to remove the government from power by force in extreme cases.

If I felt that there was a case to be made in that regard, then hell yes, I'd join the fight.  If not, I'd remain loyal to our nation and government and attempt to use other established routes to affect change.
