Is it just me, or is Gingrich rising again in the polls recently ?

He is at 8% without Palin and Giuliani, up from 5% in their mid July poll.  Though he's always done pretty well in national polls, no?  RCP sure doesn't show a bounce for him.

If anyone's rising compared to mid July, it's Huntsman (1% -> 5%).

I think it's interesting that Paul is 2nd among voters under 50- after Giuliani.  That sure says something about the Republican party...

Bachmann took a dive. Could it be that Newsweek cover, the anti gay programming thing, overexposure, or what?

I do notice that Bachmann now says every chance she gets that she won't cut Medicare, which again shows the sad state of the GOP. I mean geezers + socons is kind of sad no?  Sad  It suggests perhaps that maybe she was tanking with the geezers based on her hard line budget talk.

Or CNN's polling, but point taken.  God, I would love a Hispanic-friendly, socially moderate Republican Party...

5 percent for Huntsman? Let's hope this is not an outlier!

His low point was 3. Recently he was at 4-6, I think this COULD be a debate bump

EDIT: nvm this was weeks ago

I think the GOP base might know that Bachmann is un-electable.  Of the main 3 candidates now; Perry, Romney and Bachmann she comes off as having the most issues as to whether or not she can win a general election
