I'll put my 6 reinforcements in CO, and continually attack NM with just one battalion until I take it. Then I'll attack Utah until I have 3 (or less) battalions attacking, at which point I will retreat to CO, move any leftover troops to NM, and end turn.

Of the six available reinforcements, all six battalions have been placed in Colorado, where there are now 7 in total.
Colorado invades New Mexico (Marokai) with six battalions available to attack, while one battalion will defend.
