The November election is over, and now I'm changing my name to FDR because I admire him. And I'm changing my affiliation to Democrat because...I feel like it.

Far out.

You don't need a declaration saying where you're registered for fantasy elections if you have it as your avatar, however.

Also, you may need to re-register as a voter just so Fritz knows your name was changed.

If you take a look at his profile, as I have done to check whether his ballot in the Southeastern election be valid, you will see that FDR was exnaderite.  Since exnaderite is a duly registered voter of the state of Florida, the ballot cast by FDR is valid.
