More blacks may cross over to Nixon if Wallace still runs (IIRC, the big city machines weren't exactly into civil rights, and certainly not to HHH's extent), and his iron grip on Cook could possibly deliver him Illinois. Otherwise, he wins nothing more than Massachusetts, Hawaii, and Rhode Island,
