The OSPR states that if a Senator has not posted in the Senate for two weeks (his term started 2 weeks ago as of today), we can motion to expel him. So yeah, I motion to do so. I will need another Senator to second this before we can move ahead with the process.

I'll second that.  Although I wish to add as a side note that it's nothing personal.

I can testify that he was elected about 2 weeks ago or so - I thought it was longer actually? - and that I've see a thread of his that he announces that he wants to quit.

The question is whether his declaration about quitting can be treated as valid resignation, which would spare us a lot of problems.

Sadly, I believe me merely quit, without properly resigning/rejecting his seat.

There was no procedure for conceding an at-large seat, as Jas pointed out at the time. The OSPR says I need to create a new thread now.
