What do the 49ers have that the Eagles don't?

A winning record.

RIP 2011-2012 Eagles.

My fellow birds fans should have seen it coming.

Good news for Cowboys fans! Now, the question is, can Dallas capitalize on it.

Lol.  Dallas.

I never realized how similar Alex Smith looks to Aaron Rodgers.  Maybe that's what caused the 49ers to accidentally take him instead.

Wow, I am shocked. I thought the 49ers would lose to the Lions. This is just awesome! 5-1, baby!

Can I just mention that I nearly died today because of that Niners-Saints game? My mom's a big Saints fan and I'm a big Niners fan, so it was tense all throughout the day in my house.

Niners games are perpetually intense. I'd say they're probably the most exciting team in the NFL today for the number of last-minute victories they pull out.

Absolutely.

This is actually happening. The Niners are favorites to go to the Super Bowl. Amazing.

Yes, this. I've been waiting 9 years for them to just make the playoffs, but this is surreal.

I'd prefer 49ers v. Ravens, but that'd be alright, too.

We could also have a rematch of Super Bowl XXXV between the Baltimore Ravens vs. New York Giants.

I'd much prefer Ravens v. Niners actually.

I'm just as scared of the Ravens as the Patriots, but it's for different reasons. The Patriots have no defense, but stopping Brady will be a task. The Ravens have no passing offense and--with the Niners great rush defense--I don't think running the ball will be easy for them, either. However, the Ravens' defense is really, really good.

I took Xahar off of ignore solely because I enjoy reading his posts in this thread.

Politico, I think you'll see on Sunday. The Niners defense will shut down Eli and Alex Smith is gonna stomp all over the Giants' secondary.

Cundiff missed the 30-yard field goal with 0:11 left to give the Patriots their 5th SB appearance in 11 years.

LOL

Now bring on the Giants!! Go Niners!!!

Basically, I cried, threw up, and then sent many insulting tweets to Kyle Williams.

Seriously, I may have only been alive for 15 years, but the past two days have been as long as centuries.

I'm not rooting for anyone...but I guess I'd be happier if the Patriots won.
