Paying more attention to MNF than the debate, so what happened with the cheering death thing?  (which doesn't surprise me considering the audience)

A question was posed to Ron Paul if he would just allow people to die if they don't have health insurance, and a handful of people in the audience shouted "YEAH!" and others applauded. Ron Paul simply said people should "deal with the consequences of their actions" which, in itself, was just a nice way of saying "yeah, uninsured should just die in that situation."
