Perry answers the question sillily, Romney tries to be boring.

Rick Perry knows exactly how mating Newt Gingrich and Herman Cain with him would work.

Bachmann is correct for once, conservatives will not have to settle in 2012.

Cain demonstrates a lack of knowledge of the part of the Constitution that would throw out Georgia's electoral votes if he picked Newt.

Huntsman matches ties with Cain.

Hilarious ending to a decent debate.

Not really. Cheney lived in TX when Bush picked him. Gingrich would just have to switch his registration to DC or something, like how Cheney moved bck to Wyoming.

YES, the crazy commentators from last debate.

I heard on the radio that all the candidates were going to be interviewed by Hannity after the debate, is that happening?

Johnson actually answers the question!  Love for Ron Paul!

I like how Paul just ignored Johnson's answer and dodged the VP questions.

Final thoughts:

More of the same.  Perry/Romney slapfest.  Sometimes I hear prescient, visionary pronouncements, but most of the time I think it's a bad dream.  A nightmare...

Ah, screwit.  Really, all highfalutin philosophical injunctions aside, looking at that stage, the main message I can take away is that if girls ever want to be taken seriously--really seriously--then they'll have to learn to wear black.  You have an army of people.  Most of them seem like they're in uniform.  They're dressed like the CEO of Exxon, or IBM, or pick your DJIA favorite.  But there's this little unripe cherry.  Not quite ripe, because if she were ripe she'd be clad with the burgundy skin of a sweet cherry.  No, she's tart.  Bright Red.  Somewhere between unripe green and truly ripe burgundy.  But even if she had a ripened Texas Aggie burgundy suit, it'd still be a burgundy suit.

I know nclib is roiling in rage, and I don't mean to be sexist--frankly my eyes are too old to allow for that, as without my glasses all I see is a bunch of soldiers, all in uniform except one--but that one, in fire-engine red, is going to be a hard sell to a nation which expects its President to wear the uniform of the president.

The rest of them may be clowns.  But they're appropriately-attired clowns.

I guess that was my final, most impressionist image.

Weird....This is in my opinion Romney's weakest debate but apparently the Fox polling people say he won by a landslide.

Well, if there's two things I learned tonight...Gary Johnson supports a Balanced Budget Amendment and Huntsman's jobs plan was endorsed by the Washington Post.

Cain demonstrates a lack of knowledge of the part of the Constitution that would throw out Georgia's electoral votes if he picked Newt.
Meh, it was all hypothetical. Cain bringing humour to America. Wink I'm sure he wouldn't pick Gingrich if nominated.

Ehhh... I'm watching the focus group since Hannity isn't speaking, and am quite surprised Romney was viewed as the winner.

Perry lost, so Romney won.
