Cardinals fans may be more likable than, say, those at Fenway or Citizens Bank, but they're all hicks who drink Busch Lite even though they're 40 years old. Go Rangers.

The Cardinals just won 5 years ago. No way I'm rooting for them against a team that has never won the WS.

Hey, we may be middle aged hicks drinking bad beer, but we are not....what was the last thing? Smiley  We're also one of the best fan bases in all of US sports.  A good franchise, with a great history, decent ownership, tons of tradition.  St.Louis doesn't have a lot, but it's got it's Redbirds.

As far as fanbases go, I'd argue that Milwaukee's is a lot better, but whatever. I don't really care who wins this one either way.

Nice 9th inning comeback for the Rangers. It's a series now. Smiley

I've got a feeling this thing will go the distance.  I give the edge to the Cardinals simply because they will more than likely be finishing  it up in St Louis.  I watched from the bottom of the 8th until the end last night, and I was impressed by the way the Rangers came back.  I was watching the UCLA vs. Arizona game for the majority of Game 2.

Man, and I was following baseball for the first time, not to make fun of my hometown team, but to actually hope they continued to do well.

Why the disappointment? Why? Oh why? Oh why?

You have football, so there's nothing to complain about.

Was a pretty good toss by W, can't believe Nolan Ryan dropped it.  (just like I can't believe we scored a thousand runs yesterday and couldn't put one on the board today)

Rangers are one win away from the championship as they go back to St. Louis.

No matter what happens, this has been a great game.....it's too bad nobody other than Cardinal fans and 12 guys in Dallas are watching it.

One of the best World Series of all time.  Too bad butthurt in Philly, NY, and Boston is giving this the worst ratings of all time, too.
